Internship programs and its types
This program allows participants to learn from international best practices, gain professional direction, and work in an office environment, collaborating with others. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for self-expression, developing creative thinking, learning from others, and contributing ideas and initiatives to the organization’s activities.
Paid Internship Program
Participants with specific skills work as part of the organization's daily activities, helping to define their professional direction, learn from international best practices, and gain real-world work experience.
Duration: 3 month
Number of participants: 3 interns
Program period: All year
Scope: 12th-grade students, gap year graduates, and students in their 1st to 4th year of university.
Number of participants per month: 6-9
Monthly Internship Program
High School students work in teams at the Mongol Ecology Center’s office, carrying out tasks related to environmental issues, social culture, digital content, and marketing. Through this experience, they expand their network and learn professional and personal skills.
Duration: 1 month
Program period: During the academic year (September to May)
Scope: While the program primarily targets students from Ulaanbaatar, local students can also participate during their winter break.
Number of participants per month: 6-9
Online Internship Program
The online internship program provides participants from all 21 provinces of Mongolia with a comprehensive opportunity to receive professional guidance in a digital format, gain insights into personal development, receive career advice from mentors in specific fields, and enhance their critical thinking skills while gaining valuable experience.
Duration: 3 month
Number of participants: 3 interns
Program period: All year
Scope: High School students living in rural areas.
Number of participants per month: One participant from each province, totaling 21 participants.
